Psalm 125 (Amplified Bible)

1[THOSE WHO trust in, lean on, and confidently hope in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but abides and stands fast forever.

2As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about His people from this time forth and forever.

3For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the [uncompromisingly] righteous, lest the righteous (God's people) stretch forth their hands to iniquity and apostasy.

4Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, and to those who are right [with You and all people] in their hearts.

5As for such as turn aside to their crooked ways [of indifference to God], the Lord will lead them forth with the workers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel!

Psalm 118:8-9 (KJV)

It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
9It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

Proverbs 3:26 (NKJV)
26 For the LORD will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught.

Beloved God is saying, “If you trust in, and put your hope in  Me, I will fulfil all My promises to you and you will feel secure.”

If You put your confidence in and rely on Him and not man or any prince (human authority) He brings to Pass His Words for good in your life.

He has never promised and failed to bring it to pass. He has never started any project and failed to accomplish it.

Man disappoints, Princes disappoint but God will never disappoint you. So don’t pin your Hope on any man or even the establishment of man. Trust in the Lord and He will do what He says He will do.
