DIVINE ACCREDITATION

Genesis 12:1-3 (Amplified Bible)

¹NOW [in Haran] the Lord said to Abram, Go for yourself [for your own advantage] away from your country, from your relatives and your father's house, to the land that I will show you. ²And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others].³And I will bless those who bless you [who confer prosperity or happiness upon you] and curse him who curses or uses insolent language toward you; in you will all the families and kindred of the earth be blessed [and by you they will bless themselves]

John 1:1-5 ( New King James Version) The Eternal Word

¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² He was in the beginning with God. ³ All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. ⁴ In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. ⁵ And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it

Beloved divine accreditation is going on now with God according recognition to true believers and doers of His words. God is carrying out the divine accreditation Himself. The bible says, “Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as righteousness.” He believed the word he heard as the word of God and it was ascribed to him as righteousness.

God is searching for true believers of His word. These are people who hear and never seek to see before they believe. God’s word is powerful. His word is God Himself. His word is Jesus. The word that Abraham heard in Genesis 12 was Jesus. When Abraham was asked to leave his father’s house, he believed without seeking to see the speaker of the words. He believed without seeking to see Jesus.

In John chapters 20:29, Jesus said, “Blessed are those who believe without seeing me”( NLT). Those who believe His WORD (JESUS) are connected to His supernatural realm of signs and wonders. God covenant promises are at their disposal. They operate in His power and glory. Abraham believed His words and God gave him and his descendants the land of Canaan- land flowing with milk and honey.

Beloved are you a believer? Are you in the number? If you are not in the number you are denying yourself divine benefits and the opportunity of making Heaven where there is neither suffering nor sorrow. Stand to be counted by believing in God and in His son Jesus Christ. Stand to be counted by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour.
