The plague of Blood moon

Today is a special day in Christendom. It is a day that Christians all over the World commemorate the journey that led to their deliverance and salvation. But I am not going to dwell on this because I have previously posted on this blog the message pertaining to Good Friday or what I used to call ‘Blood Friday’. On this note I want us to take a look at the recent turning of the moon into red otherwise referred to as a blood moon. 

God said, “Let there be luminaries in the firmament of the heaven to separate between night and day; and shall serve as signs, and for festivals, and for days and years (Genesis 1:14,The Stone Edition).

The purpose of God for creating the sun, moon and stars is to serve as a cryptogram of life and existence; a code for systems. The science and technology that has wowed our generations started off through the impact of these luminaries. The creation of these leading lights by God is what made time and space possible. With them God applies His time plan or calendar on Earth. Without them there will be no days, weeks, months and years as we know them today. For example from the lunar time cycle ‘month’ was named after moon. It came after it was discovered that the moon keeps appearing in 29 ½ day and night cycle. This lunar cycle used by the Jewish calendar alternates between 12 and 13 months unlike the solar calendar which always has 12.

God created them as messengers of messages from the supernatural World. He uses these luminaries to manifest His presence. They serve as ominous signs and warnings for future events and happenings on Earth.The sun, moon, stars and the starry hosts all have great bearing and influence on planet Earth. Apart from the fact that the lives we live here depend so much on them, God from time to time speaks to us through them.

Beloved the blood moon signifies a plague and it has started. It began on 14/15th April 2014. It was NASA USA who with their hitech ‘witchcraft coldron’ accurately predicted that the moon will turn into blood on this date. According to their prediction the blood moon will occur 4 times between now and 2015-dates: April 15, 2014; October 8, 2014; April 4, 2015, and September 28, 2015- and will happen only on Jewish religious days and festivals. What NASA and the majority of people all over the World do not know is that it is a plague and what it portends for humanity. A search through the scripture showed that NASA was merely confirming the prophecies of several prophets and great servants of God concerning end-time events. As pointed out in the book of Joel, God said:

“30 And I will show signs and wonders in the heavens, and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes” (Joel 2:30-31 Amp).

And in Joel chapter 3 of the Hebrew bible it was stated this way, “I will set wonders in the heavens and on earth; blood and fire and pillars of smoke; the sun will turn to darkness and the moon to blood [red]; before the coming of the great and awesome Day of Hashem” (Jeol 3:3-4,Hebrew bible, Stone Edition).

Similarly in Acts 2:19-20 Holy Spirit speaking through Apostle Peter again stated and repeated this message in a most audacious and bold manner:

“19 And I will show wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth beneath, blood and fire and smoking vapor; 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the obvious day of the Lord comes—that great and notable and conspicuous and renowned [day]” (Acts 2:19-20 Amp).

Most bible scholars and believers will agree that each time a prophecy is repeated again and again by prophets after prophets such a message is a serious matter. Emphasis being drawn is so that generation after generation will pay heed. You may dismiss the incident of the blood moon as superstition, that its never going to amount to anything grave. But dismissing this sign of the blood moon is like dancing a macabre dance in the face of danger. I pray that nobody will be destroyed by this plague for being obstinate.

The first thing I will say about this event is that they are signs of end times. The sign of beginning of an end.  Beloved the days of cataclysm are here. The days of unexplainable mysteries have come. So child of God, are you ready to meet with the Lord (Yeshua)?

Let us go back to the blood moon incident. The Blood moon indicates that the judgment of this World has started. It will run according to God’s lunar time calendar. So much blood is going to be spilled and shed in the coming days. Nations will rise against nations and blood will flow. Civil war will break in some nations because the centre cannot hold and there is no more internal cohesion. Terrorism attacks are going to be witnessed on a dimension not seen before. Accidents, and random shooting and killings will be raised to a new level. All the bad news and incidents taking place before now will be nothing relative to what is going to happen during this period of the blood moon plague. So the message is simple: Blood will flow.

Beloved one other thing I will have you understand is that not every nation in the World witnessed this first blood moon. Remember they are 4 in a series. In other words in some parts of the World they saw the moon turned blood (red) but for some other parts they saw the usual colour of the moon. This is a mystery within a mystery.

What does this mean? It means that the plague of blood moon will start with the nations and countries that saw and witnessed it first. It does not mean that other nations of the World will be spared from the disaster and calamity that would follow. Rather it will only start from these nations and spread from there. Like the moon comes out slowly to the full glare of all so will it spread slowly to other nations and turn into full blown proportion. Again don’t forget there will be 4 blood moons according to NASA’s predictions. The next 3 may be seen by every nations of the World on the same date.

That they would occur on Jewish festivals and religious days has some striking spiritual implications.  It means that only the children of Israel and true believers shall be saved from this impending calamity that would befall humanity.  Thus the scripture in the book of Joel states:

“32 And whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered and saved, for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the Lord has said, and among the remnant [of survivors] shall be those whom the Lord calls” (Joel 2:32 Amp).

The Hebrew bible specifically stated salvation and deliverance shall come only to those who called on the name of Hashem (Lord). In fact Stone’s edition of Hebrew bible puts it this way, “And it will be that anyone who calls on the Name of Hashem will escape, for on the mountain of Zion and in Jerusalem there will be refuge as Hashem said, and survivors whom Hashem summons” (Jeol 3:5, Hebrew bible, Stone edition). God had built a new city of refuge and this new city of refuge is Yeshua (Lord Jesus Christ). What this implies is that only the real children of God (True Believers) shall be granted shelter and protection when this end time plagues break out. And the other group of survivors are those who God by His order and command decides to save. This latter category belong the chosen people of God (Israel).

A look into the scripture further confirmed, “21 ... that whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord [invoking, adoring, and worshiping the Lord—Christ] shall be saved” (Acts 2:21 AMP).

This prediction was made Child of God to enable us to make ourselves ready for the coming of the Lord. Are you prepared! Are you ready! Amen!
