A recap of Friday's events
The previous day when Jesus cried with a loud voice and breathed His last, and died; the Roman soldier who stood opposite watching what happened, spoke and confirmed: "Truly this man was the son of God!"
Christ has redeemed us form the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree." Gal 3:13 (KJV)

In John 19:33-34, The bible confirmed that He was dead. This negates, claims that are being made by apostates, who state that Jesus was not dead. This of course is an attempt to deny the fact that He rose from the dead. The foundation of our faith. Jesus was subsequently buried.
The religious leaders secured the tomb as they were aware that there were those who believed that Jesus would rise from the dead. They convinced Pilate to place guards in front of the tomb so that His disciples would not steal His body and claim He had risen.
Saturday
In the natural on this day, the disciples were afraid and in mourning as their Saviour had been butchered. Little did they understand that in the spirit realm there were great changes taking place. There were intense spiritual activities going on. The bible tells us that Jesus descended into hell and made a show of principalities and powers, making an open show of their defeat. There was nothing Satan could do to stop it. Jesus took the keys of hell and death from Satan and his demons.
"Blotting the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His cross: And having spoiled principalities and powers He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." Col 2:14 -15 (KJV)
Jesus has disarmed the powers of darkness when He was in the grave. All your problems, troubles, sickness, challenges, poverty, failure are gone because even death could NOT hold Him captive. Beloved if anything from the pit of hell is attacking you, know that Jesus has destroyed the power of every weapon of death, destruction and stealing. Therefore, NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU WILL PROSPER! AND EVERY TONGUE THAT RISES AGAINST YOU, YOU WILL CONDEMN. Hallelujah! We are free, for the bible says when Jesus sets you free you are free indeed (paraphrasing).
The bible tells us that if Satan had known that his action of crucifying the Lord was going to result in his eternal defeat and destruction, he would not have crucified the King of Glory.
On this day Jesus did the following:
Who hath delivered us form the power of darkness and has translated us into the Kingdom of dear Son: in whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sin. Colossians 1:13 - 14 (KJV)
If you ask Him for the forgiveness of your sins, you will be forgiven.
Ask Him for deliverance, you will be delivered.
The BLOOD OF JESUS IS THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON AGAINST THE DEVIL.
IT IS NOT ONLY PRECIOUS BUT IT WORKS.
THERE IS PROTECTION, PROVISION AND PEACE IN THE BLOOD.
USE IT, NOW!
